Essence Cosmetics was a new discovery for me back in 2014. They have been recently around for a while at the time and still new to the public. Looking at their product overview, the pricing is very cheap but they produce good quality products. Essence Cosmetics Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner (PhP150.00 in 2014) has a lovely caramel-peanut candy scent. The felt tip is soft so that it's flexible enough as you do your art. It dries pretty quick in less than a minute and leaves a bold outline that will last all day, smudge-proof and waterproof. It only slightly fades at the end of the day and a very reliable performer.
