The Fashion 21 Eyebrow Gel in Light Brown was a brand new product just released when bought in December 2014 at PhP165.00 and comes in 4 shades (Blonde, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Clear). Once you take out the wand from the tube, you can smell the scent of whole black pepper.
Light Brown was a very beautiful neutral brown color (not reddish) and looks nice on my eyebrows. What really ruined it was why they even bothered to add plenty of gold shimmer into it??? Who. Puts. Shimmer. On Eyebrows. The shimmer gives the effect that your eyebrows are dripping with grease! Once you get past the shimmer part, you get beautiful shade that dries quickly and has great staying power regardless of oil and sweat during the day.
I would love to recommend the shade itself (it's a good product), but they need to get rid of the shimmer!
