Looking back, I usually wouldn't spend more than 500 Pesos for makeup unless I think it can be justified. This Jazzy Collections Mineral Face Primer has a viscous clay consistency and a lavender color that acts to neutralize yellow, cover up pores and blemishes, and brighten the face. My face stays dry at a maximum of two hours (with makeup on top of it) and becomes very dewy afterward. Which is why it may be best for dry sensitive skin or for the mature crowd. By eight hours, it looks like the primer itself will devour my powder makeup and in dire need of touch-up. It doesn't do well with oil control. Sorry, things are better without the primer.
Good: Brightens the face, glowing finish, makeup stays in place, covers the pores
Neutral: Best for dry/sensitive skin and mature advanced age
Bad: Poor oil control, dewy effect by 2 hours of wear, frequent touch-ups
